  11. My amiga 4000/040 2091scsi will only boot if there is an amiga cd in the cdrom drive.  Why is this and is there any way that I can fix it.  It can take up to a good 45 seconds before I get the see my workbench screen.

  14. my controller card is the 2091 scsi.
